Harper is a highly experienced and accomplished professional with key experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Her expertise in supply chain management spans the entire spectrum of activities, from sourcing raw materials and finished goods to contract manufacturing and product distribution. 

In her previous role at Novavax Inc., Harper led the development and implementation of the company's enterprise-wide business continuity program. She also worked closely with the FDA and vaccine task force to ensure that the company was prepared for any potential disruptions to its operations.
