Patrick is a seasoned capital formation professional with over 25 years of experience in investment banking, investment management, and biotech startups. He has a strong track record in raising capital for both public and private companies. 

At Valo Healthcare, he raised $500 million for an AI/ML life science startup. He also worked on structuring potential public liquidity exits and financing for multiple therapeutic assets. He is a graduate of Yale University and The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
