Robert Franco has over 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specializing in drug development, portfolio analysis, business strategy, and operations. As Lead Partner for PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Pharmaceutical R&D practice, he worked with senior management of more than 20 large biopharmaceutical companies, CROs, and NGOs to implement innovative development strategies and complex change‑management initiatives that drove growth, reduced costs, and remediated quality and compliance challenges. He is currently Senior Fellow at the Tufts Center for the Study of Drug Development at Tufts Medical School.
